Happy Father's Day

I just wanted to take a moment from our busy life to say a big Happy Father's Day to the best Daddy in the world! Ben you are a wonderful father to our children and I enjoy sitting back and watching you interact with them. They think the world of you! Thank you for always being here when you are needed. You are my best friend and a wonderful husband. I don't know what I would do without you, and I don't ever want to find out! I love you!

Rylee says:I love you, We always take bike rides.

Baily says: I like you very much and I like it when you launch me on the trampoline and I like it when I cuddle with you.

Chance says: Hi

Chase says: Why does my pillow smell like bacon?

Peek a Boo

The other day Rylee was having so much fun peeking around the tree at me I couldn't resist I had to get the camera. I love how the pictures turned out! Now I need to take the time to adjust them these are straight out of the camera :) Enjoy!

Braces

Well it has been along time again so I have a lot of posting to do LOL. Chase got braces on May 14th. For the first few days he was only eating really soft stuff. He had to adjust to the new bite, having the brackets on made is teeth hit kinda funny and was saying that he couldn't eat because he couldn't chew. I told him it would get better and now he is doing fine. I took pictures on the 14th because I know we are going to see big changes really fast and I want him to be able to see them too :) So know I have one down and three more that will need them. I think by the time Rylee gets them they should be free :) We will have paid our dues!

It Is A Sad, Sad Day!

Last night Chase was standing next to Ben and we were thinking he had grown a lot lately he is catching up to him. Chase has been waiting so long and it is finally here.... It is official my oldest son is now taller then me :( It is true he is now taller then me. That means in the last month he has grown over a inch in height because it was only a short time ago that I was still a little bit taller, but not no more. I still can't believe how much he is growing, I wish he would just stop next thing we know his new jeans I just bought are going to be to short!

Easter

Rylee and Chance

What a good big brother!

can you tell she din't want him to stop holding her!

Rylee couldn't decide what color she liked best.

Baily Bug

Great find Chase :)

Can you get it?

Nothing like a egg hunt in the rain!

Baily got Pop Pop on the Wii!

Aunt Holli got them all swords they were having so much fun getting Nay Nay!

Get him while he is down!!

I know, I know I am slacking again :) I figure it is time to finally post some Easter pictures :) We had a great Easter, busy as always! A very fun morning the kids woke to baskets with very little in them and a note left from the Bunny himself. The note was the first clue to a Easter hunt :) The kids went all over the house finding clues and prizes until the last clue lead them to the washing machine in the garage, where they found a large wrapped box. When they opened the box the look on Chance's face was priceless :) The big bunny had got them a Wii. I think everyone was surprised :) They couldn't wait to hook it up and they have been enjoying it ever sense. After that we all got ready to head up to Salem to Ben's moms house. There they colored eggs and did a egg hunt in the house because of the rain. After the first egg hunt they really wanted to hunt outside so Daddy and Aunt Rachael hid the eggs and off they went in the rain to find them. They love the egg hunts at Nama's house. After lunch at Nama's we headed to my parents house the 12th is Pop Pop's birthday so we had Easter dinner with Nama and Pop Pop they whole family was there and Uncle Nay Nay and Aunt Holli kept the tradition of a egg hunt that they do for the kids every year. It was a fun filled day and I am so thankful to be able to celebrate the wonderful fact that we are all saved because of the Grace of God! Jesus died on the cross for US!!!!

Rylee found her first sea star

Well Spring Break has come and gone it sure wasn't long enough! We didn't do as much as we wanted to but we did get in a round of Mini Golf and a trip to the coast. Rylee loves to go play mini golf! It is so funny to watch her chase the ball around until she gets it in the hole. The kids all had fun with it and Daddy was getting into it to. Yesterday we headed out to go to the coast. On the way over we had rain and hail but it cleared up when we got over there and we had a nice sunny day! The wind was very strong when we were at Yaquina Head but it made for some fun pictures. We hit up the tide pools and walked around on the rocks. The kids wanted to go inside the Lighthouse but it wasn't open yet so we decided to leave and come back later. When it was time for lunch we realized that the picnic lunch wasn't going to work with all the wind so we decided to head to Mo's. After lunch and a few other stops we headed back to Yaquina Head to see if we could get into the lighthouse. When we got there the lighthouse was open. Baily and Rylee were so excited they were tall enough to make the trip up the 110 stairs to the top of the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. We then went to have some fun on the beach. We knew couldn't come to the beach without taking the kids to see the seals down at the Newport Bay Front! Rylee said that was her favorite part was seeing the seals she was so excited! It was a great family day! We love to spend time at the coast! I think Ben would like to live over there but for right now I think we need to stay where we are :) But it is great to be able to spend time at the beach.
